With extensive experience in vendor management, operations, risk mitigation, job automation and field services, Ms. Nott launched National Field Network in 2010. She has assembled a team of highly experienced managers who have been in the industry as both servicers and clients. She is using this firsthand knowledge to build technology that completely automates property preservation. With twenty years experience as a senior mortgage operations executive, Shari Nott has spent her career in mortgage operations and banking, including as Vice President of Operations for First American, COO at Ward Associates and as Vice President Portfolio Integration and Vendor Management for Cenlar, FSB. An accomplished self-starter with outstanding leadership, process management and vision, Ms. Nott generates optimum productivity and performance excellence within any organization.

 

 

 

Christopher Crandell brings highly developed talents in business operations, multi-project management, and client relations to his role as COO. As a hands-on team builder having previously been a part of three successful start-ups, Mr. Crandell has accumulated nearly 20 years of experience in real estate lending services and operations.


Mr. Crandell began his career heading up the operations for the real estate lending services company, Group9, Inc. and ultimately oversaw growth that resulted in Group9, Inc. becoming the fastest growing company in the Philadelphia region, as well as being recognized nationally on the Inc. 500 list. During his time at Group9, Inc., Mr. Crandell managed multiple facilities in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, as well as in the Caribbean while overseeing a multitude of products and services. Mr. Crandell has also served as a chief liaison to notable government-sponsored companies, such as Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, as well as worked closely and developed unique relationships with such financial entities as Washington Mutual/JP Morgan Chase, Wachovia/Wells Fargo, TD Bank, as well as numerous regional and community banks. Prior to joining National Field Network, Mr. Crandell owned and operated the title agency, Independent Closing Services, Inc.
